Unfortunately returning

As many reviews have stated on other sites, this machine does in fact dispense a lot of water from the the milk frothier. For example, when you make a Latte, the machine dispenses the frothed milk into your cup first BUT first about 1.25 tablespoons of water leaks out! To work around this you have to have a second cup ready to catch the water and then quickly switch your coffee cup once you notice actual milk coming out. Terrible. Also, the grinder cannot be adjusted contrary to what the instruction sheet says. We didn’t bother calling customer service because the milk dispenser was enough of a reason for us to return this machine. The coffee it produces is quite good though, but not enough of a reason to keep this expensive machine.
Cons: milk frother dispenses water into coffee first
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this coffee maker about six months ago, and it brews excellent coffee. Just remember to get the cleaning Saeco milk carafe cleaner, coffee oil degreaser and scaling solution and follow the weekly and monthly cleaning processes accurately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lacks polish of premium machine

Have had this machine for 6 months now. It brews decent a decent coffee/latte/cappuccino but has several design flaws. Firstly, after using the milk carafe it gives you a several second window to use the cleaning feature. If you miss that window there is no way to ask for it again other than using the carafe again. Secondly, when it runs out of water, it just brews a smaller drink....then tells you its out of water...and if you used the carafe, it wont let you use the cleaning cycle. This machine is too expensive for such common design flaws that would be easy fixes.
Pros: fair coffee machine
Cons: multiple design flaws
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

très bonne performance, facile a utilisé et jolie a regarder. La qualité de l'infusion est remarquable le dosage est parfait. Ma conjointe est comblé et nous rappelle notre voyage en Italie. Le choix d'un bon grain de café vous reviens pour satisfaire pleinement votre Pico Baristo.
les seul inconvénient que je remarque est l'espace pour la tasse a café est retreinte avec la carafe a lait et le diffuseur a café (j'utilise les tasses de verre a paroi double). et il serait recommander de faire un plateau coulissant qui pourrait être vendu en option. De cette façon si la machine est place sur un comptoir sous une armoire il serait plus facile de tirer sur le plateau pour faire glisser la machine vers l'avant de quelque centimètre pour avoir accès plus facilement au remplissage d'eau et grain de café.

C'est ma première machine à expresso. Je suis très satisfait. Facile d'utilisation, chauffe rapidement, café toujours parfait et facile d'entretien.
Pros: facile à utiliser.
Cons: réservoir d'eau un peu juste avec le filtre
