Saeco gave me this Incanto super-automatic machine to review and I am so impressed on how easy it is to use and the remarkable quality of the coffee!
It took less than 10 minutes to setup out of the box. The buttons are simple to operate and easy to understand that keep setup and customization foolproof. The clean and elegant design looks great in the kitchen without taking up too much space.
The tray underneath that catches the water residue as well as the used coffee grounds, is well designed compared to previous models I have had. It helps keep the counter nice and clean as well as the tray & machine itself. The bean hopper & water reservoir are a good size to keep things fresh while not having to refill everyday.
Overall I am very pleased with the Incanto super-automatic and would recommend it to any coffee lover!

We recently bought the Incanto thinking that being a bigger machine. the bean, water and coffee grounds containers would be bigger and allow for less frequent disposal/refills. Disappointed to find that they seemed smaller than our nine year old Odea Giro that finally died.
The machine also constantly warms up and dispenses water into the waste reservoir.
Its a bit complicated to operate at first but does make great espresso once you figure it out.Have not used the cappuccino maker yet.. Miss my compact Giro though.

This machine has a small footpring and height. This means more frequent water and coffee fillups, but is just right when space is an issue. This is my second Saeco automatic espresso machine. It is very similar in operation and maintenance. What I like about this unit compared with my last is the Reference Pointer on the brew group that insures you have the moveable parts in their proper position before reinserting after cleaning. I've only had the machine for 2 months, but I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace another Saeco I had purchased nearly 10 years ago. The only reason I had to buy a new one was because I dropped it while moving.
I love this one even more. The compact size and automated milk frothing are great!!

Bean hopper refill icon often shows hopper needs to be filled, but it is full. Need to stir the beans up for the icon to go off.
It's a little tricky tp pull out the drip tray because the drawer sticks.
Makes excellent espresso's, good flavor and temperature.
