I bought this machine 10 months ago and I’ve been having issues since day one. It’s showing no beans and it’s full of beans, when I try again maybe is doing my coffee but I wasted a lot of coffee beans. I don’t have the right words but I’m telling you do not buy this coffee machine
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Reliability and Quality

Stuffed with sensors that tell you everything - i.e. no beans, add water, clean, etc. you would think its a good thing - but only if they work. Ours stopped to work after 8 Months of use - because of a faulty sensor. We ended up wasting beans as the 'no bean' error message was telling us there are not beans and refused to brew - despite of a full tray and the grinder grinding. The really sad thing is that Saeco is not able to repair their own machines, and send us back a 'repaired' one with the same problem.
Cons: prone to errors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Coffee Machine

I love my Saeco Incanto coffee machine. It has an eloquent design and a great build quality and fits right into my kitchen décor. It’s the perfect size and not taking up too much counter space. The LCD is pleasing and it functions as I had hoped or even better. I would say the Saeco Incanto
The initial setup of the machine was quite simply. The instructions in the operator’s manual were very easy to follow and made the setup a breeze.
The machine has a lot of great features to meet the needs of any coffee drinker. You can change the strength of your coffee by pressing the aroma strength button, which has 5 different settings.
The machine has a ceramic grinder installed, which gives you a perfect even grind each time to ensure you get the best taste out of your coffee beans. The grinder has 5 different grinding options which allows you to change the strength of your coffee to give you a different coffee/expresso experience. You also have the option of using pre-ground coffee with this machine.
What I really like and am impressed with is, once the machine has learned how you like your coffee with the settings set and with the Saeco Adapting system, it will brew your perfect cup of coffee each time.
I find this machine/pump makes a bit of noise when it brews a cup of coffee or when it get ready to brew but it’s bearable. I guess that’s to be can be expected with all the mechanisms inside.
This machine is great for making great lattes. I was able to make my wife happy with each one I created.
I would definitely recommend this coffee machine to any coffee drinker who wants to have a perfect cup of coffee brew each time.

Saeco Incanto Coffee Maker: Saeco gave me the opportunity to try the Incanto super-automatic coffee maker and we are quite impressed. The well packaged product arrived and we immediately set it up. Initial setup instructions were very easy to follow and setup took only a few minutes. However we did have a problem with the first brew cycle; the LCD display indicated a problem with the bean hopper door. (Problem was a magnet in the door was missing). After a phone call to Saeco/Philips Canada, this unit was promptly replaced with a new one. Also we found that there was ambiguity in the manual instructions for adjusting the grind settings as we were unable to adjust the setting with the grinder operating and the door open as the manual instructed. With the new unit setup, five (5) members of our family tried the machine. We were all impressed by the many features that enabled a quick ‘specialized’ cup of coffee, such as: I) Water temperature control, (adjustable to 160 degrees), II) Brew strength adjustment control, III) Cup size level adjustment, IV) Convenient easy to use frother, V) Convenient hot water dispenser for tea or hot chocolate, VI) A pre-ground coffee compartment where you can add your own pre-ground de-caffeinated coffee. Although the grinder was a little loud, it was not as loud as some other machines we have used. We weren’t all fan of the espresso beans supplied (for testing/trying) with the machine, so we experimented with other brands until we found beans to our liking. The machine with its chrome accents is very attractive, looking great on the kitchen counter. It is very easy to clean, having a glide out tray for disposing of water and coffee grounds. One of its best features for us is that we can brew 2 cups at the same time (just pressing the button twice). This is a ‘top of the line’ coffee machine and we would highly recommend it to our ‘younger’ family and friends.

This has been a wonderful super automatic espresso machine. It makes a delicious cup of espresso with a nice crema. I had almost given up on super automatic machines, as I have owned others from another manufacture that were complete garbage, but this machine has completely changed the game for me. I had one issue that I had to contact customer service about. When I was cleaning the machine I accidentally flipped out a magnet that tells the machine the hopper door is closed so it would not grind and brew, safety measure. Customer service was great. remedied the problem right away with a magnet I had at home and then sent a replacement magnet within two days. Great machine and great customer service.
