Makes great coffee

Phillips gave me this Saeco Incanto to review and test.
The first unit that arrived had an issue with a small magnet that had fallen out during shipping. Without this magnet the machine would not work. The second unit arrived has worked flawlessly.
It took less than 5 minutes to set up. It had easy to follow instructions and screen display.
It made some of the best espresso I've ever had. I enjoy how you can customize this machine to taste. You can set hardness of water, coarseness of grind, strength of brew and even temperature.
I have owned other espresso machines in the past and this one is hands down the easiest and fastest to use. The beans are ground per cup, so always a fresh brew. Although it isn't silent, the ceramic grinder is definitely tolerable as each grind cycle is only about 5 seconds.
This machine is easy to clean, it catches the used coffee pucks internally and tells you when to empty them. Super convenient.
This machine also has the ability to make great tasting lattes and cappuccinos as well. Can also give hot water for tea.

Saeco Incanto Coffee Maker: Saeco gave me the opportunity to try the Incanto super-automatic coffee maker and we are quite impressed. The well packaged product arrived and we immediately set it up. Initial setup instructions were very easy to follow and setup took only a few minutes. However we did have a problem with the first brew cycle; the LCD display indicated a problem with the bean hopper door. (Problem was a magnet in the door was missing). After a phone call to Saeco/Philips Canada, this unit was promptly replaced with a new one. Also we found that there was ambiguity in the manual instructions for adjusting the grind settings as we were unable to adjust the setting with the grinder operating and the door open as the manual instructed. With the new unit setup, five (5) members of our family tried the machine. We were all impressed by the many features that enabled a quick ‘specialized’ cup of coffee, such as: I) Water temperature control, (adjustable to 160 degrees), II) Brew strength adjustment control, III) Cup size level adjustment, IV) Convenient easy to use frother, V) Convenient hot water dispenser for tea or hot chocolate, VI) A pre-ground coffee compartment where you can add your own pre-ground de-caffeinated coffee. Although the grinder was a little loud, it was not as loud as some other machines we have used. We weren’t all fan of the espresso beans supplied (for testing/trying) with the machine, so we experimented with other brands until we found beans to our liking. The machine with its chrome accents is very attractive, looking great on the kitchen counter. It is very easy to clean, having a glide out tray for disposing of water and coffee grounds. One of its best features for us is that we can brew 2 cups at the same time (just pressing the button twice). This is a ‘top of the line’ coffee machine and we would highly recommend it to our ‘younger’ family and friends.
Pros: easy convenient use
Cons: slightly noisy

Aromatic Hot Cafe Coffee

The sleek, elegant, easy to use machine quickly brew hot espressos and cappuccinos in your own home.
I received the Saeco Incanto super automatic machine to review 2 weeks ago. I quickly and easily set the machine up and had a hot fresh aromatic espresso within minutes. The user manual had easy to follow instructions for first time setup.
The machine has 6 sleek and easy to use buttons which allows the user to quickly brew an espresso, espresso lungo, steam for cappuccinos and hot water for tea. One button also easily adjust the strength of the coffee to satisfy the coffee drinker of all tastes and preferences from pre-ground coffee to strong espresso.
The ceramic grinders consistently grind each coffee bean without overheating the beans. Coffee is brewed fresh and aromatic each time.
I was especially surprised by how hot the coffee was brewed. I have never had an espresso from an automatic coffee machine that brewed an espresso this hot. The frother made making cappuccinos and latte very easy. The first time I tried the frother, the milk came out hot, light and fluffy, like I was an expert.
The Saeco Incanto has a standby mode, so your coffee craving can easily be quenched at any moment.
I especially like that each member of the family can quickly and easily brew their own coffee to their liking.
The machine is easy to clean. The drip tray removes easily to allow it to be emptied and rinsed. The discarded coffee pucks are also in a tray that can be easily removed and cleaned.
Overall, if you are looking for a premium automatic espresso machine you need look no further. It is right here.
Saeco gave me this product to review and I highly recommend it. You can easily satisfy your craving for hot cafe-style coffee without leaving your house.

I found the set up of the machine extremely easy and the manual easy to understand. This is very important for a person like myself who is not very technical. In just 5 minutes was having my first cup of Espresso. The design of the machine is very professional and impressive. This machine would impress any visitor or guests you might have over.

Great Coffee Machine

I love my Saeco Incanto coffee machine. It has an eloquent design and a great build quality and fits right into my kitchen décor. It’s the perfect size and not taking up too much counter space. The LCD is pleasing and it functions as I had hoped or even better. I would say the Saeco Incanto
The initial setup of the machine was quite simply. The instructions in the operator’s manual were very easy to follow and made the setup a breeze.
The machine has a lot of great features to meet the needs of any coffee drinker. You can change the strength of your coffee by pressing the aroma strength button, which has 5 different settings.
The machine has a ceramic grinder installed, which gives you a perfect even grind each time to ensure you get the best taste out of your coffee beans. The grinder has 5 different grinding options which allows you to change the strength of your coffee to give you a different coffee/expresso experience. You also have the option of using pre-ground coffee with this machine.
What I really like and am impressed with is, once the machine has learned how you like your coffee with the settings set and with the Saeco Adapting system, it will brew your perfect cup of coffee each time.
I find this machine/pump makes a bit of noise when it brews a cup of coffee or when it get ready to brew but it’s bearable. I guess that’s to be can be expected with all the mechanisms inside.
This machine is great for making great lattes. I was able to make my wife happy with each one I created.
I would definitely recommend this coffee machine to any coffee drinker who wants to have a perfect cup of coffee brew each time.

Great features in a tiny package

Saeco gave me the opportunity to try the Incanto super-automatic and I can honestly say that after using it for two weeks I am impressed with the product.
Now when I did the initial setup I ran into a little snag, the machine did its initial rinsing on the frother side of the machine but when it came to the coffee side it did not do anything. So I just ran a few coffee brewing cycles before drinking any.
Since that minor hiccup everything has been smooth sailing.
I love the freedom given to adjust and fine tune your experience, from the brewing strength, grinding adjustment and ability to program the amounts of product dispensed from the presets.
The grinding and water pumps are a little loud which is to be expected, but can easily be overlooked by the end product that you get to enjoy afterwards.
Having a ceramic grinder incorporated in the machine always gives a perfect grind and the option to use the machine with pre ground decaf is nice little touch.
Saeco's pre-brewing system and brewing group have been tried tested and true for years now and you can appreciate this with every single cup that comes out of this machine.
Maintaining the machine is simple and even though I have not had it for longer then two weeks I have done a monthly maintenance to see how simple it was. All the components are easily accessible and removable, anyone can do this with the step by step instructions provided.
If you are considering getting this machine let your mind be at ease.

Saeco gave me this Incanto super-automatic machine to review and I am so impressed on how easy it is to use and the remarkable quality of the coffee!
It took less than 10 minutes to setup out of the box. The buttons are simple to operate and easy to understand that keep setup and customization foolproof. The clean and elegant design looks great in the kitchen without taking up too much space.
The tray underneath that catches the water residue as well as the used coffee grounds, is well designed compared to previous models I have had. It helps keep the counter nice and clean as well as the tray & machine itself. The bean hopper & water reservoir are a good size to keep things fresh while not having to refill everyday.
Overall I am very pleased with the Incanto super-automatic and would recommend it to any coffee lover!
