First time using the FirePit

Last night I used our new FirePit for the first time during a family gathering at our home. And I was amazed what happened next. Suddenly the kids put their phones away, sat around the fire and we talked late into the night. On the function side it was easy to use and the firewood we used was minimal to keep the fire going and cast warmth all around us. I can hardly wait to take this up to our cabin and set it up and enjoy some cool fall evenings around the fire.

Powerful Portable Firepit

I bought this fire pit to use at our remote Alaskan cabin. I like the portability and small footprint. I also purchased the solar carrying case and would highly recommend. The fire pit has the ability to run nice and hot if you are looking for warmth and then at lower levels for cooking. We are very happy with the grill aspect and the see through screen that allows you to watch the fire burn. We didn’t think we would use the remote phone app, but it’s ease of use won us over. Can’t wait to use this again and again.

Great camping fire pit/stove.

I needed a small packable fire pit for camping and overlanding. This fits the bill perfectly. Perfect for small camps and cooking. I recently spent 4 days in Anza Borrego and it was well used. This is not designed to replace a backyard fire pit. Only complaint is the cover, I wish it there was a full zippered cover to aid in transportation and tieing down to a roof rack.

I figured the fire pit would work as advertised. the reason I didn't give it 5 stars was It does not give off much radiant heat. on the lowest fan setting it will give off smoke but more radiant heat. at the higher settings smoke goes away and so does the radiant heat. At the top 2 fan settings the fan noise is very noticeable. I also was able to pick up the fire pit and move it while it was burning and the handles were only slightly warm. not that is a plus in my book. So I like it and give it 4.5 stars. PS I wish it would charge the battery like my basecamp stove does.

Amazing Product!

Out of the box this thing rocks. I took it camping and loaded it with charcoal and cooked my dinner in very short order. Once dinner was over I dropped the grate and loaded it with firewood. We sat around a smokeless fire until late. When I woke the next morning, cleaning of the ash was super easy and the fire pit was loaded into my van for the day's adventure. Highly recommend this product.

Great little fire pit

This fire pit is exactly as described. The fan was great for getting the fire started and I only needed to keep it on low to get the reduced smoke effect I wanted. I didn't feel like I needed to keep feeding the fire more than normal, which was a concern of mine. The only thing I am disappointed in is that the carrying bag is not the one shown in the pictures and in fact doesn't have carrying handles.

It worked exactly as advertised. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the charging cable for the battery pack was faulty, but I have a collection of cables and easily found one that works perfectly. I am more than satisfied with this and plan on getting lots of use out of it.

It's a mobile firepit/grill. And it's awesome

I used this the first time to cook a steak to try it out, one of the best steaks I've cooked. I used it with my nephew to roast s'mores and then just sit by the fire with the family. I just showed it off on a camping trip starting it 15 minutes after everyone else started their grills. We were done before everyone else and didn't have to worry about the coals flying off while we ate. The fans burned everything down into dust which was easy to dispose of. Super awesome product!
