Love the firepit

We have a condo. Charcoal grills are too smokey for the neighbors. Since we bought the fire pit, we have enjoyed charcoal grilled food without annoying the neighbors.

This firepit is awesome! It is compact, portable and it doesn't weigh alot. I also like the fact that it doesn't take up much space to store either. I only wish I would have discovered it sooner so I could have bought it sooner.

Best Piece Of Gear I've Purchased This Year

This thing is AWESOME !! I love how portable and compact it is and don't let it's size fool you. I've gotten a few raging fire's going in this thing and it handled it like a Champ! Like others have said it's easy to clean and burns wood down to fine ash with the constant air flow with no issues. The thing you need to understand as that it's a FIRE so there will be some smoke depending on varying wind conditions. The short of it , is that it's way less smoke and a more well contained/safer fire than a camp ring pit mainly because you control the air flow with the phone app & your logs are more safely confined inside the pit to where they won't fall out and shift like a traditional camp ring fire. I did throw some burgers on it one night using charcoal and it did a good job but remember there's no lid to maintain the cooking temp so it can make cook times a little longer. I probably won't be cooking on it much other than setting a small dutch over on it which it will handle and worked well.
I also purchased the solar carry bag which works incredibly well , charges it efficiently and gives you enough power to use it for each night easily. It's definitely a must have if you are tent camping and are limited on power which most campgrounds in Colorado that we go to do not have power.
Looking forward to many more great experiences with the FirePit - Excellent Product!

I wish it was bigger. Pretty close to perfect in every other way. I know the intention is to be as portable as possible, but a larger model would be useful for larger groups.

This portable fire pit is quite nice! Not only does it allow you multiple fuel sources but you can still use twigs and small sticks as a source. As for the battery, it's one of the main reasons I purchased mine.
