Great, charging that battery is a downer though

This product is close to perfect. As long as you use dry wood and dont cover any of the air holes you're good to go. The only downfall is you have to charge the battery from a power source. I also purchased the solar bag, but it literally takes days and days and days to completely charge the battery in direct sunlight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is not smokeless on any setting of fan speed. Got it for Fathers Day and not impressed. Will be sending it back as fan rattles at high or max speed. Not as advertised. Burned 4 pieces of firewood and smoked the whole time in my face on max sped of fan.

Doesn't hold up to use

I bought this as an early backer on the kickstarter. It started rusting after just a couple uses and I'm constantly having to repaint it now. It's also never been smokeless. Tried lots of different woods and sizes and all of them still smoke.
Great idea, but save your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vibations and noise. Poor quality fan/motor unit.

The fan is poor quality and is not tuned. Vibrations and noise ruins the siund if fire and soarks. Almost no raditation heat is escaping the cage.
Complained to the shop, Outnorth, but they did nothing when thay had the motor unit in fir inspection. Not worth the money.

Great product but slightly flawed

I've had the fire pit for several months now and have used it at least once almost every week. The pit rusted after one of the first couple of uses which wasn't a big deal as it didn't affect the performance. It just doesn't look particularly good. However recently I've started having charging issues with the battery. It will intermittently charge. Also been starting to have issues with the fan control. When using the button on the fan/battery to try and turn it off the lights will go out like it's off but then the fan will keep running. It spools up to high then low then off and the low and high and off. It will keep doing this until I hook it up Bluetooth and turn it off from there. Still been a great product but issues have started to get rather annoying for something of this price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The unit is light weight and very probable. The fan drowns out the sound of the wood burning. I prefer the soothing sound of wood popping. However, there is a reduction in smoke, which is nice.
