Very under whelming for the price. Was extremely shocked at horn how small it actually was. It’s also not smokeless... definitely still has smoke

Hi Nelson, the FirePit does not generate its own electricity, and that was a decision that our design team made with a few things in mind. We wanted to keep the FirePit at an accessible price point, so we opted for a solar carry cover to ensure that the product could still be 'self-charging' while remaining affordable for most folks.

I’ve had this thing for a year and I absolutely love it. I’ve never seen a fire pit this portable and the fan keeps the fire going no matter the conditions. I’m a carpenter so I burn clean scrap wood as well as firewood and landscape waste.Are use it to cook on and my kettle is always ready to go.

Love it! Easy to start a fire using the directions and very little smoke. Can't wait until we can get together with friends around it! Until then we are enjoying it while we stay home!

If you're not experiencing this same smoke reduction, then it is either due to misuse (wet wood, or over-packing) or a product defect. Either way, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team so that we can ensure that you're satisfied with our product.

We have not opened it as it will be a Christmas gift for my husband but I just wish the outer packaging was more discreet as when Fed Ex dropped it off, my husband was home and he could see that the outer packaging said “Biolite Fire Pit” but other than that snafu, we are excited to use it as we have our biolite stove and can’t wait to do some Korean BBQ as our first outdoor meal! It looks nice in the reviews and pictures...counting down the days for Christmas!
