This thing is awesome. Great design, fire burns well. My only reason for giving a 4 star review is that I think the main feature of being smokeless is oversold. It certainly burns wood hot, but there's almost always smoke that comes with it.
With that said I would still highly recommend the FirePit!

It works really well. Uses minimal kindling to get fire started. Less smoke if you run fan accordingly. Minimal ash left over. Cooktop works well. It is made from lighter materials for portability. My only concern will be longevity

Hello biolite! Thank you, i love the bbq. However, i was surprised that the thermal charge unit wasnt included with this unit- the battery can only be charges by plugging it in. Will you be making a full size bbq that can regenerate power? Thank you!

Great amount of heat

Just used it for the first time and overall impressed with the amount of heat that it was able to put off. It is not 100% smokeless which would be impossible but better than a traditional firepit. I was a little hesitant to get this because of the reviews talking about battery issues but it worked out of the box (I will update if that changes) Only con is that I think it is a little overpriced and made in China....

The app powered fan is impressively effective! I wish I bought the solar case to charge the battery and keep the fire pit dry as I wasn’t aware the pit wasn’t waterproof.
