1. This is smaller than you might think. This is a good thing if you want portability and not using storage space.
2. You won’t get a lot of heat from this unless your right on top of it or put your feet almost under it. Not good for chilly nights in Oct-May in Northern states. It only burns 1-3 logs at a time.
3. I does make a really pretty fire to look at, cook S’mores or hotdogs, or use little grill.
4. The little dump slide out to empty ashes is a royal pain to put back in if it comes alll the way out.
Overall I’m pleased because I valued portability over other attributes.

I like the Firepit a lot. It will take time to get use too. I cooked chicken last night with Cowboy Charcoal. It was just too hot for the chicken

The bottom air tube has come detached from the front of the unit making it useless. It seems the fire pit has expanded and pulled it out of its place. Doesn’t look like anything is welded let alone tacked. Used 4 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great fire pit! Puts all fire pits to shame. With the Built i fan, It made sitting around the fire pleasurable again. Without the smoke in your face, it becomes a great experience. It was also great for cooking which I thought was so cool.l We cooked all day on it and at night, sat up and curled up beside it for heat. It was easy to clean and cooled down fairly quickly for storage which was also a surprise.
I just wish it could generate its own power like the smaller brother to this thing.

Have only used the firepit three time and so far it has been the right size, look and functionality for what we needed. But we have found that after only three uses that the grill top has twisted and a few of the cross sections have warped in different directions. So makes me hope the rest of the fire pit holds up, seeing I do think this is a great unit.
