Great little light!!!

Another awesome tool from BioLite. I got a four pack and I've got them stashed all over the place. Easy to use. They put out a lot of light for the size. No more Batteries!!! The grandkids love the color changing feature. Very fun!!! The only thing I might add, and I'm not sure you can, but would there be any way to use the solar panel to charge other items? I know the panel is pretty small, but that might be cool.

Form AND Function in one perfect light!

The SunLight is a wonderful tool -- perfectly sized and incredibly functional. I happen to own nearly every BioLite designed product - they really think through the design and functionality of every item, and the SunLight is no exception. The light is perfect for use around the house and especially around the camp site - a perfect compliment to the PowerLight, BaseLantern and SiteLight. My kids LOVE the Party Mode!

Smart Light

First I was not to sure about this SunLight. When I received the light I tried to turn it on and it would go through all the colors and turn off. So I thought it wasn’t completely charged. I charged it completely and tried to turn it on again. Same thing it would turn on run through all the colors and turn off. On the paper work it said to go to the website and watch the video. I tried to find a video and could not find one. Finally I called BioLite and they troubleshooted with me and we finally where able to get it turned on. After I was able to get it turned on it has worked properly and I find it to be a added plus to all the other BioLite products we have purchased in the past. I would definitely consider purchasing more of this small but powerful SunLight.

Just Right

The SunLight is a compact light that serves just as advertised. I thought the 100 lumens of light may be too little but the primary LED light is white and intense enough to light up a medium room and more than enough to light a tent or table enough to read or play cribbage. The variety of colored light options is nice but not something I will use much. However, more night vision conscious folks will appreciate it. Charging is quick with a cord and the battery lasts a very long time. It takes a good portion of a winter day to fully charge from empty by sunlight so it needs to find a place to sit or be attached to a pack. BTW, I appreciate the absence of yet one more charging cord.

I'm a big fan of all the BioLite products and the SunLight is no exception. Can't wait to use this it on a camping trip... But until the weather warms a bit I've had fun playing the various lighting options. Love the fact that I can charge it using solar!

Packs a punch, takes a beating

Bought this little guy during the pre-order, and did not expect to receive it for another 3 weeks due to being sold out.
Got it the next day. :)
Used the light that light working on my truck, and dropped the light in the engine bay a handful of times.
Took it camping that weekend, worked well, party mode is kinda cool, but light was small enough to pack in my pockets, when I went out to shoot photos late night.
I have charged it once, and this suckers seems to keep going and going and going.
Attached it to my dog, bam! instant light source for her to see while walking.
Got it the next day. :)

Neat product!

I like the SunLight a lot! I use it mostly in the morning when I go downstairs to read the paper. The 100 lm is the perfect amount if brightness. I also find the party mode really relaxing, and it is very portable as an added plus. I haven’t used the solar charging too much, but it’s nice it can charge in overcast. Definitely a useful product for camping etc.
