I like the lights but: - one of four did not work. - the one button option to control everything is not intuitive. - battery level - the quick flash is that, too quick - battery level - having it based on colors is terrible for those of us who are color blind.

The brightness is only good right after full charge, otherwise it won’t do good job at all... Too bad... but I recommend it if you need more coloured lights than ordinary yellow/white light at Nx.

Unexplicable total failure

I purchased my Sunlight in November 2018, as part of a Headlamp 330 order. I periodically charged the Sunlight and used it a handful of times. I took it down from the shelf to check and charge since it is now Hurricane season here in Miami, FL. It is totally unresponsive despite multiple different attempts to charge it, including use of the built in solar panel. Not a flicker. I am very disappointed as I thought with its multiple methods of charging, including solar, that a Sunlight would be a good item to have as part of my emergency kit. It lasted somewhere under 20 months. There is no obvious reason for its total failure and it still looks pristine, especially if replaced in its packaging which I dragged out in the event any instructions would yield a clue. I also re-watched the instructional video by Erica in the event it might provide a clue. Nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions for use of any of its parts?

Lights Don't Keep Their Brightness

We bought these to be used at our Cabin as we are off the grid. Charged all day in the Sun . When we use them around our cabin they don't keep their brightness at all as they seem to fade within a couple of hours. We love all the other BioLite products but with the exception of these ones.

purchased this light a couple of months ago and really like the ability to charge itself and cool colour and fade options. Unfortunately, it now is totally dead and will not accept a charge, looks like the battery is dead??

Easy to use. Easy to learn how to use from the YouTube video. We bought three dozen of these and will send them down to our students in Cameroon. They currently are using kerosene lanterns for studying at night, essentially useless. Your products are changing lives.

I bought these a while back when we were having problems in San Diego. Best purchase ever. We recently had a black out. I turned it on and was able to work until the lights came on. Casts a ton of light. I keep mine in a sunny spot waiting for the day that may be needed. Bought for both my kids who live in earthquake country.
