I USE MY LIGHT ALMOST EVERYDAY AS I'M UP ALL NIGHT AND WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SAVE MONEY ON THE POWER BILL!! FROM THE ADJUSTABLE BRIGHTNESS SO NOT DISTURBING OTHERS TO THE MANY COLORS YOU CAN USE THE BEST SOLAR LIGHT WE HAVE EVER USED!!

I received one of these as a replacement for a Powerlight that also failed. IT lasted about a year and now won't charge either by USB or solar. Just a brick now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing product from BioLite

Have always wanted to buy products made by BioLite. Have always read about them in the magazines. Have always dreamed about these spectacular innovative products.
I am from India, and getting these products is not easy if not impossible. BioLite does not have dealers nor presence in my country. Only way to get hands on BioLite is using Amazon Global shipping which makes the products very expensive in the end.
Hence I waited until a cousin of mine was returning from his travels to USA. Was able to get the SunLight. As much as I wished, I wanted many other BioLite products as well, but due to travel luggage restrictions, for now I have to be satisfied only with the SunLight.
Surely I will amass more of the products from the BioLite catalog in years to come!

wonderful way to light up the wilderness at night without bugging your friends/neighbors/partner. Used four for a recent camping trip and enjoyed setting them around a platter of fruit, veggies, and dried meats &cheeses for company I had and everyone enjoyed being able to see what they were eating. Perfect for a night time picnic

I got one and loved it so much that I bought another. They provide plenty of light to illuminate the inside of my car at night when I'm car camping. During the day, I toss them on the dashboard to charge. At first I thought the party mode was kinda goofy, but I actually use it all the time! They make for great impromptu "lava lamps".

I have a few different handheld solar lights and this is certainly the nicest one. I love the soft light instead of and exposed LED bulb. The dimming feature is very nice as well. Why only four stars? This light takes way too long to charge in the sun. I have had it in full sun for two straight days and it still flashes yellow. Other than that, great light.

I purchased the Sunlight 100 and immediately put it to work. It come with (at least) a partial charge but I threw it outside in the sun just in case. It charged quickly and the blinking green light let me know it was charged.
The light is long lasting and the multiple settings are quite useful. The sundial is useful in proper positioning for optimal sun. The leg that props up the lamp looks thin and flimsy but is oddly sturdy. The size is great, and it can slip easily into a pocket. The solar panel is almost as large as the light, so recharging is (as I said before) pretty quick. Lastly, there is a little clip on the leg so you can clip it onto cords, strings or thin rope, then hang it for overhead use.
Don't let the size fool you, it is bright (but dimmable). The colored light settings are a nice touch and the changing color setting is a cool little touch.
The one thing I have yet to test is the waterproof-ness. I have not had it in the rain so I cannot speak to if it functions when wet or not.
I highly recommend this light if you need a small, solar rechargeable and longlasting light.
