Dead after 18 months and very little use...

I bought these as backup lights and followed all directions for battery maintenance and use and yet...one by one they have died. I am down to my last one but have no confidence that it will actually work when I need it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won’t charge or turn on

It doesn’t function and no one has responded to my email a few weeks ago. I wont buy anything again from a company that that and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Purchased 7 biolite 100 and all but 1 worked. Contacted biolite and the made it right. Will purchase from this company again

This grandmother was excited to order the Sunlight solar light for our teen grandson’s Christmas present. When I realized the delivery had stopped in transit on December 7th, and we were getting close to Christmas, I emailed biolite to receive an immediate response. Dale offered to send another light by express and did. To our surprise, both lights arrived just before the 25th. I offered to purchase the second light but was very graciously asked to keep it at no additional cost.
Thank you, biolite, for your generosity all around.
We are most pleased to own other biolite products for several years now.

Will not stop flashing green

In white light mode but when you turn it off it flashes green every 30 seconds. Useless for what I bought them for

I know this item will disappear soon because it's not trendy (cannot charge a cellphone) but honestly the perfect item if you don't spend your days on your phone, it recharge itself and it lets you know when it's charging, buy it before they stop making it, since it's flat, it's perfect for laving it on your chest to read a book in your tent, the very low intensity is perfect, party mode is dumb and useless, but nothing is perfect
