Best buy ever!

I got these after seeing a review on my news station for hurricane preparation gear. Took them fishing and couldn't believe the brightness and how long it lasted! I suggest these for anyone who fishes, camps or does any type of storm prepping.

Peace Of Mind

With the kids being grown and gone and the grandkids multiplying, we have found ourselves sending Christmas gifts with Biolite products. We, the parents, have found time on our hands so we test the products like this set of four SunLights. A well made tool for our go bags, performs as advertised. Talking about a gift that keeps on giving, with our kids being all over the globe, I am never surprised to hear the many situations where as this lamp was used. From flat tire late at night to the whispers from from the closet when a grand-youngen found the lamp and a cell phone. The first time you give this as a gift, you may think as the receiver does, that you should have done more or different. So I recommend you do what we did. Test and Try and then wait the call...

I purchased the BioLite SunLight after a camping trip in a remote location that had a fire ban. With no campfire, I found myself doing odd jobs around the campsite, rather than sitting around and relaxing by the fire. So, I was forced to use a headlamp - my only other source of light - for hours at a time. I quickly realized that having a small lantern would have been nice! When I got home I immediately began researching lighting options and found the BioLite Sunlight. With USB charging for the first night and solar charging for the rest of the trip, I now have a much less headache-inducing alternative to my headlamp. The small size is perfect for backpacking, and the kickstand makes it a good project light. I also like the dimming effect and the fact that it signals the amount of charge left in the battery. This is a great product for my needs and I look forward to using it on my next campout!

These are great for hanging out by the fire, bedside light, & anywhere lighting in a with or without electricity environment. The solar/USB charge options provide flexibility.

Peace of mind in a tiny package!

The BioLite Sunlight is a great little peace of mind that comes in a tiny package! We use the Sunlight daily as we walk predawn through our neighborhood. We use it when grilling after dark. We finally got to use it on the trail! We spent 2 days backpacking the Art Loeb Trail in the Shining Rock Wilderness and it was amazing to know that no matter what we would not run out of juice! From fully charged I have used this little guy daily and have only had to charge it once in the past two months. I charged it before our trip and knew that there'd be plenty of juice for that quick trip; however knowing that there will always be plenty of light on the trail is a game changer. At only 3.5 ounces with no batteries to cary... ever, this little light is now part of my permanent trail rig! Great design, waterproof, light, and super versatile. Buy one... or two... or even 10! :)

Really enjoy this light! It's small size and lightweight makes it easy to pack or put in your pocket. Its built-in solar panel conveniently charges when not in use.

My new favorite gift. I keep this light on my nightstand for emergencies and weeks later it’s as bright as ever. It’s just the right size to carry in your hand. Going to be stocked up on more items as storms, hurricanes are the future.

Love the solar charge

I have a couple of these sun lights and always have one or the other on a shelf in front of a south facing window. The other is then hanging where I can grab it easily in a hurry. I love my little minis and these solar lights just add additional piece of mind knowing I always have one light ready to go 24/7. Best part...no more batteries!
