Spout broke, otherwise great

Removable spout part cracked, and now the whole thing is useless. I’d buy a replacement if that were an option a# everything else is great.

I Love My Stainless Water Bottle

I love my stainless water bottle as it keeps my water cold for hours. Drink spout needs replacing found a part was missing after I washed it by hand. Don't have a dish washer. Where can I buy a new spout? This is my favorite water jug! Hope you can help!

Failing after 3+ years

I have had this water bottle for 3 years, and it's been really great. I love how easy it is to put ice in and I love that it keeps my cold water cold all day. However, lately it started leaking at the top, like maybe the seal in the top of the cap isn't sealing anymore? I'm really sad about it because I love this water bottle and can't find another one
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved my bottle, even after spout was getting stuck… but now realising that there are no replacement parts that you can get? Really?

spoute and lid come off together

I hate using this water bottle because the removable spout and lid stick together. In other words, if you have your bottle in your cup holder, twist the lid, the spout comes off instead of the lid. Harder to drink hot coffee or anything cold from the can itself (as opposed from the lid opening). If you have something carbonated inside, when the spout comes off, it is going to be all over your hands.
Also, website says keeps things cold up to 24. Not true.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too bad/ weak design

The plastic mouth piece is the weak point the rendered the quality of this bottle. Easily broken and the bottle now useless.
