Love it!

I love that my water stays cold even when the bottle is left in a hot car. The plastic mouth piece is great but takes a bit of getting used to. The lid works best if you dont screw the top on as tight as possible, just until you feel resistance. And when unscrewing, I have found that pushing down while turning almost always results in only the top part unscrewing (both pieces coming off together was making me crazy until I figured it out!)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the idea, execution not so great

I’ve only been using this for a few days and I love how cold it keeps my water! I love the look, and I also like that the bottle and the top are connected unlike other types of water bottles in this style. However it gets major stars off for the spout. I love the idea of the removable spout, as I like the idea of being able to vigorously clean the part that touches my lips. But the spout tends to unscrew with the lid, completely negating its usefulness! If the spout and the lid were threaded in opposite directions (ie the lid twisted off in one direction and the spout twisted out in the other direction) I think this problem would be solved. But as it is, the bottle is quite hard to use. I like the outer design (I have the sort of Starry Nite marble, shades of purple and cream) and I think the bottle is lovely and elegant, and it’s also the perfect size I was looking for (why I bought it), so I’ll probably keep using it, but maybe only until I find something else because the design flaw is kind of a dealbreaker for me.

Broken removable spout/mouthpiece

Keeps drinks really cold even on super hot days but less then a month of owning it and the spout/mouthpiece broke!!!! So disappointed that it’s useless without it!!

Loved it before plastic mouth part cracked

This water bottle worked great! I could remove the plastic screw top to add ice cubes, and my water stays cold all day at campus. But, I recently got a crack in the plastic screw in part, and shortly after a large part cracked off. I've looked all over the replacement part section, but this piece is not sold separately!! Very disappointed with the quality.

you can't go wrong with this water bottle

Stays cold throughout my long days on a college campus, genius idea for the mouth piece to disassemble from the bottle to allow larger ice cubes, perfect size, some scratches in the paint after a couple months but hardly noticeable (wear and tear is normal for any product). Love this water bottle

It Good

This bottle kept drinks cold for HOURS and that was fabulous with a long day at work. I bought it especially because of the lid - thought it was great to be able to get ice into the bottle but with a small enough opening to drink out of comfortably. Unfortunately, every single time that I would open the bottle, both pieces of the lid came out. Was wasting my time screwing and unscrewing the lid, trying to figure it out.

New "Couture" series are colorful water bottles

What does the lifetime guarantee cover? I bought two bottles one for my middle school granddaughter and the other for myself. At first I loved that the water stayed cold all day with adding plenty of ice cubes in the morning. After using it I see two issues with the bottles. From carrying it aroun the bottoms have caved in and are uneven and it seems the containers don't keep cold as much. Also, the top of the water bottle stays screwed on with the other top part. Difficult to drink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broken lid

I bought the sandstone one of these as a Christmas gift from Costco Canada. It’s only been used for a couple of months and the plastic around the collar started breaking off in small pieces until finally, after a few days of trying to still use it, the whole plastic collar broke off. The inside part of the lid also came apart from the glue. Very surprised and disappointed. Expected more from an expensive water bottle.
