great start but about 2 years is lifespan

I can't find parts to replace. The ring is dying and won't hold temps anymore. I think that may solve it. I won't buy them again if I can't find the o rings. It's a shame to have to trash the whole bottle for a part that's only a few cents. I bought 6 and all will need to be replaced soon. If 2 years is the end of life I can't buy again.

If you are looking for a water bottle that will keep your water icy cold in the hot summer, this is the bottle for you. If you are looking for a durable bottle, this might not be the bottle for you. The pour spout on my bottle broke into pieces. I used the bottle for over a year and up till this point, I have loved it. I am now disappointed due to the lack of quality of the spout on this bottle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water bottles spout

We love contigo but this issue is driving us crazy, the spout Keeps getting stuck in the lid and no matter what we try it will not budge! What can you do to help contigo???

The lid got stuck

The threads for the lid and the top of the water bottle go in the same direction, which means if you tighten one thing, they both get tighter. Who actually allows that to be produced. A four year old would realize that that’s a bad idea but they still did it. Just don’t buy it.

Great water bottle but lids need work

I have bought a dozen of these over the years, they are perfect for the boys to send to school. However, the kids should be one piece, not 2 that unscrew, the lids on all of them except one have cracks in the plastic and if you don't screw them on just right they leak which is unfortunate because the rest of the bottle is in mint condition. I wish they would sell replacements for these little pieces instead of having to buy a whole new bottle. P.S. the coffee mugs are awesome :)

NEEDS REPLACEMENT PARTS

This has been one of the best water bottles I've ever had - does everything I want it too:
- keeps water cold
- easy to clean
- lid is attached so you can't lose it
- fits in all the holders I have (car, backpack, bike)
- pretty tough (I've dropped it more than once - only a sight dent)

BUT... you cannot get replacement parts - specifically for the removable spout. Mine started to crack and is broken (yes I dropped it, but I'm willing to pay to get a new spout I don't want or expect a freebie). Now the bottle leaks. I hate the thought of throwing out the whole bottle (so wasteful!) when all I need is one part. This review would have been 5 stars if the part were available for replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not maintain hot drinks (ie, cofee)

Today I used for the first time a Contigo Matterhorn Bottle, with coffee. First of all, I noted how the outside of the bottled was turning too hot, and later, I noted than the coeffee in the inside, was too cold, like in less than 1 and half hour, the coffee was totally cold., Is this an issue of the bottle or simply it does not maintain warm drinks? The temperature of the filtered coffee initially was aound 90 C degree
