Not what we thought

I bought this washer a while ago and has never worked fine. It takes long time to complete the cycle and I don’t think is dispensing the fabric detergent and the softener because clothes do not smell good after washing . We are do disappointed with this purchase!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of money! Do not buy!

I have had the units for 3 months. Very disappointed, the dryer is useless, needs hours to complete a tiny load. What a waste of time and energy. I now have a fault code, F01, component failure! Great, new machine, now looking for warranty, terrible. Save your cash, look for a different brand! Just look at the reviews.

Cumbersome and confussion

The worst investment I have made so far. I bought it over a year ago and its been in the box. it was recently installed but I cant use this machine due to the various programming and even their customers help cant figure it out either. I wish I could return this nightmare.

Having issues

I have had this since December 2019. Same for me as first review. Clothes are spinning way to long and then dry cycle sticks them like cardboard to the tub. Have to peel them out. Need this looked at. Unit worked well for 2 months. Now we can't even use it.

No info on screen

Hi, I bought this machine to replace an LG combo that no would fix. Great for about 8 washes then this morning no info on the screen. I have set up an appt with the appliance dealer ( in 10 days). But on a whim I decided to act like I could see what was on the screen and hit start . It's in a wash cycle now... still no screen. Hoping for a miracle.... Any ideas?
