Terrific little machine

This combo unit is perfect in my tiny laundry room in my small condo. I previously had a stacking unit with a vented dryer and now I even have room for a small shelf unit with this all in one . The ventless feature is great - no fuzz! I checked the filter after a couple months of use and there was very little to clean out. If you follow the directions to wash very small loads you will be pleasantly surprised at how clean and wrinkle-free the clothes come out. I have played around with the settings and have found a lot of flexibility in the features. If you want to wash and take things out you can set it to do that. If you want to hand wash items and just use the dryer, there is a setting for that. If you have really dirty work clothes you can change the settings to wash longer. I have not found the wash/dry time to be excessive. But, again, stick to the smaller loads. This does mean that I have had to change my habit of once a week wash day and move to a load every day or two. This has not been an issue at all and because the clothes almost seem to be steamed there are fewer wrinkles and has reduced my need to iron most things.

I was extremely hesitant with purchasing this because of poor reviews, but I love it! If you are wanting something that cleans excellent and is efficient this is the way to go. I put it on the correct settings, which is the key, and I leave it. It is space saving for a small studio, I have it in a beautiful bathroom, in a pool house. I will only go with Whirlpool after this

Save energy, water and soap

o compré la lavadora hace como 1 año, tengo bastante tiempo de usarla, es cierto que dura más tiempo en los ciclos se lavado y secado, pero se debe a su tecnología para ahorar agua y energía, se puede notar en el recibo de agua y servicio electrico, no es una lavadora para una familia grande o quien lava grandes volumenes de ropa, en ciertos ciclos puede ser ruidosa, tener en cuenta que bota la pelusa por el desague
I bought the washing machine about 1 year ago, I have been using it for a long time, it is true that it lasts longer in the washing and drying cycles, but it is due to its technology to save water and energy, you can see it on the water bill and electric service, it is not a washing machine for a large family or those who wash large volumes of clothes, in certain cycles it can be noisy, bear in mind that it throws the lint down the drain

No! Do not buy!

Such a piece of junk. We bought this in 2019 and have had multiple problems with it. It clogs regularly, multiple parts have been replaced. We found today that it needs yet another part but Whirlpool no longer carries the part. Now we’re facing buying another washer/dryer. So be warned, even if this thing is cheap, it will cost and cost.
I’ve purchased multiple Whirlpool products, but never again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my machine about 2 mos ago and used it about mo now. Smells like dirty feet/wet dog. I added Affresh like they recommend and not any better. Please gelp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about a month ago. Works as advertised. Best dryer in a combo unit I have ever utilized. It does take a while to run but clothes are clean and dry afterwards. Install was simple. Very happy with my purchase.

It does the job

My father in law bought this for us after we bought our first home that had no vent for a regular dryer and no space really for a separate unit. Yes, it takes a long time and your clothes will come out a bit wrinkled. It’s had a few technical issues with it saying water isn’t being detected and we have to turn the power off to the machine to reset it and it’s fine. It’s not perfect and I didn’t expect it to be considering it washes and dries. For the price, Whirlpool really does need to work out the kinks with the technical issues but overall it gets the job done and with this all in one, we were able to save on space in our little home and not have to worry about spending a huge chunk of cash to get a vent installed for a traditional dryer.

Great washer for sure but "ok" dryer,clothes r wet

Great product and very efficient as far as washing goes smart features are pretty cool as well but the drying aspect is a hassle, yes you can choose to dry for an hour but the clothes will still come out wet and damp so you'll need almost 3 hours of dry time to get a complete dry out of this system I wish whirlpool will Amp up this systems power to dry clothes bc I love the creative mindset behind this product and will purchase a "new and improved version of this product if the dryer is capable of drying in an hour to hour and a half.
