I recently bought one, and I LOVE IT... Wash and dries in roughly 2 hours. Quick, easy and extremely efficent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!! Thank You Whirlpool for such a wonderful product...

Long run time

I bought this washer/dryer combo thinking it was a good option at the time. I was sorely mistaken. It has been the worst appliance I’ve ever had the experience of using. Not to mention the outrageous water/electrical bills I’ve had since owning this product. It’s causing my wife great frustration and I wish I could give it away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for a single person

I bought this because I had a very small space in my apartment and did not want a stackable unit. I love that I can set it before I go to bed or work and clothes are completely done in a few hours. Yes it takes longer but for a single person with maybe 2 loads per week it is perfect. The only issue is that it will not stay connected to WiFi. This is the third time in a year and this time I cannot get it reconnected but I will keep trying. Wish I had purchased the stand with it as I am building a new house and o believe it will make access easier but I will buy it after I move unless Whirlpool wants to give me one!! Hint hint
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awful, terrible, nothing good to say

Takes 8 hours to do a small load. Lint filter and drain is the same thing. Even when it's cleaned literally after EVERY wash there is still an issue with draining water. I have maybe had two or three washes work without a hitch (took over 8 hours each, but whatever).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Purchase Yet

I just installed this unit last night and it might be the worst appliance I have ever purchased. if you put more than a few t shirts in the unit it walks and bounces all over the place. I thought the machines was going to put a hole in the drywall. Besides that it said the run cycle was 6.5 hours long!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not throw yoour money away!!!!

My adult children had this put in professionally so I could stay on the first floor of my home - I appreciated that they did not want me to fall as I was recovering from a fall which left me on the floor overnight resulting in multiple fractures putting in a hospital and then in a physical rehab program at a skilled nursing home. I did not want to hurt their feelings telling them how disappointed I am and have been since using this horrible wretched machine. It takes over 6 hours to wash a small wash which usually is still wet when it finally says the wash is ready. I try to take some items out, hang them on a hanger in the bathroom, etc. They are pretty wrinkled. The extra dry cycle with 2 pair of PJ's "sensed" 4 hrs., 26 min. extra drying time. I am so distraught that I have taken to going in my basement to use my dryer against medical advice. If I don't have a stroke from the stress, I could suffer another fall from going back to my basement set up. I paid a ton of money for this piece of junk and it's more work than a 1940's wringer washer. Shame on Whirlpool. PS: Wrinkle Shield can go on for 12 hours unless you shut it off. Still look like rag bags.
