[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and dryer three years ago and it worked fine until it suddenly stopped working 20 days ago. I contacted the Whirlpool service website and immediately got a confirmation time for a home repair. Eddy, the tech repairer, was very helpful. Arrived on time and confirmed by phone before coming. After checking the machine, he quickly found the problem and solved it smoothly. At the same time, he also patiently instructed me how to clean and maintain the washer and dryer to ensure that the machine is in good condition. normal operation and extended machine life. I got very professional after-sales service and help, thank you very much Eddy! Whirlpool is a trusted brand! I am happy to recommend Whirlpool to my friends.

I'm actually laughing over these reviews because I've been in a love hate hate relationship with this machine. I saw this combo concept when I lived overseas so when I got back to the States I decided to buy one. In 2019 I bought this beautiful Whirlpool washer/Dryer combo with all the cool features. Yes the drum is small and it's a daily load, yes I have to hang dry some articles of clothing cause some are still damp, clothes are wrinkly, I use bleach tablets, house shakes, cleaning the inside after each use due to no lint catcher, unplugging cause the front screen freezes up, and now a small leak. Mind you its been in storage for 2 years so its technically only been used for 3 years. But I honestly still love this machine and would buy it again I love the convenience of throwing my clothes in and it being done when getting in. It doesn't take as long as some of these other reiews state. Could be due cause it's a 110v. The directions due state similar clothing fabrics help with drying time and this is true. You do learn to work with this combo. Yes so right now I have a leaky washer/dryer combo which I hope to get fixed in the next couple of days with out bankrupting me, I still love this flipping machine

Why washer slows down and takes longer to wash and

This washer with the filter to clean is on bottom. Due to this the hoses and pump plugs up. If you have issues check it out and clean and it will be good as new again. This washer dryer is very convenient

Rinse and spin option

I've been using my all in one for several months and today I noticed suds still after the final spin. I wanted to just run a rinse and spin but no option for that. So instead I had to set delicates/quick/warm and default to medium spin. I have to see if I can pause it to change spin speed.

Extremely Inconvenient and LOUD

My boyfriend and I just moved into a new apartment and this is what we have. We didn’t think it would be a problem at all! Seemed like it would be very convenient. WRONG. Read the user manual carefully before using it. You can only do tiny loads at a time, and they take HOURS to dry. It’s ridiculous and takes away any convenience. Very frustrated.
