Like a mini spa

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.
I was surprised when I received this product and it came with so many attachments. I have not had that experience with my other epilator.
storage: the product comes in a good quality package that is easy to open. The epilator itself comes with a average drawstring white baggy that holds the product and all accessories for storage. The bag feels waterproof but it’s nothing special.
Epilator: the product comes with a charger (obviously) but I would prefer that it charged with a masgnetic charger, the kind you set a product on and it clings to the charger like a magnet. This charger you have to plug into the product which I do not think makes it waterproof if you get water into the charger hole. (Sorry I’m not tech savvy). Besides that, I have had the product a week and Have not had to charge it. According to the instructions, the charging time is 1.5 hours and offers 40 minutes of wireless operating time.
Assembly: The attachments are easy to apply to the main unit.
Waterproof? I was confused with the instructions. Instructions say to use the product in the shower or bath on wet skin. But a couple of sentences later, instructions say to make sure your skin is completely dry I feel using on dry skin. Seems a bit contradictory. I know it says if your using it wet, be wet..and if your using on dry skin, be dry but I don’t understand why it would matter.
I have used on both dry and wet hair.
Does the product work or not? Yes. I do like the product. Without the “caps” the epilator does not catch my hairs on my legs very well. Especially around the bony parts of my legs, around the knees. The epilator is shaped like a cresent but that made it hard to “fit” the shape of my skinny legs around the knee. Dry or wet. BUT when I used the caps, the epilator worked much better at catching my hairs. For the hairs it didn’t get (around the knees) I used the shaver attachment.
Shaver: I’ve never used a motorized shaver. This was a pleasant surprise as I never knew the benefits of having one were before this epilator. It is great, easy to use, and quick when you just want to shave real quick without the discomfort of your hairs being pulled out.
Pain: I’ve felt worse. With the caps that come with the epilator, pain is reduced. I heard the discomfort goes away with use, like your body will get used to it. I haven’t gotten to that happy place yet but after all, it’s only been a week. The pain is quick like little needles poking you by surprise.
Massage Attachment: so, this would be better it the attchement didn’t spin like a fan. I would prefer a pulse but it spins like a facial cleanser brush. It’s interesting. I have used it. It’s not relaxing but it’s something. I like pressing it to my sore spots but since it spins I worry abuot using ti on hairy legs or over fabric. I’m not sure how I feel about it. I do not dislike it, I’m neutral. I would like it to vibrate or pulsate, not spin.
Over all. I will be using this often. It it like a mini spa for hair removal. I like the way a person can customize their experiences with it using the caps. And I look forward to trying out the body brush, something I haven’t done yet.
Pros: left me hair free with razor/ epilator combo

Smoth legs

I received a free sample of a wet dry Epilator to review. I started using it in small area in my legs, and immediately I began to feel the hairs being pulled. I felt slight discomfort in completing my lower legs. I did notice that the stubble did not appear as fast as i would have, if i would have shaved instead. the first couple of day my legs felt smooth, as advertised. I hope the process becomes less painful.

Survey Says... It’s Good!

I received the Phillips cordless wet and dry epilator for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review. Here are my thoughts...

When first opening the box, I have to be honest and say that I was a little intimidated. The “teeth” on the head looked like something that was going to eat my skin, LOL. The box was really pretty though and seem like something that would really work so I was optimistic nonetheless.
I was really pleased to see that there were interchangeable heads that I can use with it, there wasn’t a one size fits all approach to this product at all.
After charging it, (which I have to say, it charges really quickly), I turned it on and the sound of it was nothing short of scary. It’s really loud!
There are two modes where it can be used in, at first they both are a little painful. You have to go over and area multiple times depending upon how here you are there, but the cool thing is it does have a light on it (so even in low light it still can be used). I preferred to use it wet versus dry, I think it’s a little less harsh on the skin, but the hairs being removed get stuck in it more when it’s wet (that could be because I have more hair in those areas, but not entirely sure).
I am super impressed with how long it stays charged though. I’m not exactly certain what the battery life is supposed to be, but I’ve used it quite a bit and only have had to recharge it once.
If possible, the only thing I would improve is the sound of it. It doesn’t allow for it to be used discreetly and could be mistaken for something else quite easily, LOL. Overall, I’m satisfied with it.
Pros: battery life, overall design
Cons: sound when in use, hurts a little

I received this emulator free for my honest opinion. I have used this type of device before. I found it fell short of my expectations. I let my leg hair grow for a week before I used it. On dry skin it did better that wet. It did miss a lot of areas no matter how much I tried or went over it. When I used it in the shower it was worse, it would have taken me an hour to get all the hair off. It did do better on mustache hair.
Pros: great design
Cons: doesn't cut thoroughly

There are better epilators out there

I was excited to try an epilator after years of shaving and messy waxing. This epilator came with several attachments and looked really nice compared to other brands. I let my leg hair grow for over two weeks before using this so the hair would be long enough to be grabbed by the epilator. However, only a few hairs were grabbed on the first go. It took me over an hour to do each leg and my legs felt raw and irritated after. Two weeks later, I had awful ingrown hairs and bumps all over which I will probably have scars from. I wish I had done my research before buying this one. I returned this one and purchased a highly rated epilator from another brand and I could not be happier. It took me 5 minutes to do each leg and my skin was not irritated and the hair grew back nicely without any ingrown hair. The ceramic tweezers on this Philips epilator are not strong enough to pick up hair and ends up just cutting most of the hairs below the surface which leads to ingrown hair and bumps.
Pros: looks nice, includes many attachments
Cons: does not pull out hair from the root, does not work on fine hair, ceramic tweezers
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Performer, Pointless attachments

I thought this epilator was a fantastic performer. Love that it is wet/dry, comes with a light, charger and bag to keep all the accessories in. I used this on my legs and armpits (of which hurt the most). This particular product comes with a massager and exfoliator, but I didn't find those attachments that exciting. It also comes with several other attachments that I couldn't keep straight on when and where to use them so I just used the same head for legs and armpits. Overall, excellent epilator, pointless attachments, which is why I give this product 4 stars. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
Pros: 2 speeds, light, wet/dry

I received this product for free for my honest review, when I did the survey I really wanted this product I have a lot of dark facial hair on my chin and I really thought that it was going to work for me, It pulled out the fine hairs the dark thick hairs did not come out with it, I tried multiple different ways multiple different attachments wet/dry the dark hairs didn`t come out. It hurt but I expected it would. Your pulling hairs out, sometimes multiples at times. I would recommend it to someone but would tell them it didn`t work 100% on me.

I received a free sample to use for this review.
The lightweight wand fits nicely in my hand. A gently shaped tweezer head conforms perfectly to body contours. Hair is removed efficiently with minimal to no discomfort while the light exposes any stubborn strays which need an extra pass. Little thing that helps a lot.
Easy head exchange makes multi use and cleaning a breeze.
The shave/trim head worked easily. I normally use an epilator or blade shaver and felt the shaver left a little stubble on my legs. Maybe this is normal for an electric shaver? I especially like the wet/dry option for the bikini area.
The exfoliating brush feels great on my chest and shoulders. Shorter bristles and more power left my skin feeling like a day at the spa.
I doubt I'll ever use the massage head. Seems like a silly addition.
I've used several epilators over the years and I'm not easily impressed. This is a great product - comfortable, thorough, efficient, easy. I highly recommend this epilator.
Pros: wet/dry usage, quick easy thorough
