Impossible to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cushions need a stiffener ring around the flange so they positively snap in place. The video showing how to install cushions is completely useless. The flange slips out of the slot as you go around the circumference. I might just as well throw the headphones out. In contrast, the cushions are extremely easy to install on Bose over the ear headphones.

Depressing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was jubilant when i got my first Bose on-ear headphones (wireless) back in 2015. But that turned out to be repentant as the durability of the Cushion got detrition in the early stage itself. Company with such renowned music quality couldn't manage inspecting such low quality ear cushions.

Could Improve

I had my headphones since October of 2017 and the cushions are horrible. The cushion is coming out. And they seem older then they look. I'm a Bose fanatic but these are the only headphones I seem to be having problems with, which is very disappointing.

Questionable ear cushions

It's been a little over a year and cushions are peeling as well tearing off rt. Ear....mind you don't use daily, brought at airport because I had 3hr flight. Headphones are exceptional can hear every instrument playing and background subtlety are unreal. Just sad that they weren't to concern with their reputation. Have Bose system in my benz knew these would be A1. But as an industry leader complacency and attention to detail with every product carrying the name. BOSE. Making money is great, word of mouth Priceless.....FYI. and warranty, expired.....figures. Sad!!!

Can't install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphones are great, but after two years of use the cushions have degraded. I bought the replacement cushions, but as many others have commented, these are extremely difficult to install. Despite a half hours' toil ( and the help of my daughter), I still haven't been able to get one on.

ear cushions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the headset, I have several pairs, but the ear cushions are garbage, they fall apart after a few wears. I've bought several replacements. The black cushions leave black vinyl all over my face & neck as it disintegrates. I'm trying to find another solution, perhaps replacements that are leather or cloth

Great headphone, disappointing ear cushion

Bought this a year back, totally satisfied with the sound quality, battery life, and compatibility. But just shocked to see the ear cushion falling apart , very embarrassing to use it now :-(
