Soundlink OE ear cushion falling apart

I own several Bose products. Always associate Bose with quality. This is the first time I have an issue with a Bose product; my sound link OE left ear cushion is separating and I have only had it for almost a year. Please advise on how I can have this properly fixed.

Comfortable but no durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Soundlink headphones over two years ago. By far the best sound quality I've heard in any of my other headphones. My only problems were that I could only pair with 2 devices and the cushions wore out. The ear cushions are soft and comfy but they didn't last. I purchased the cushion kit and it was NOT very easy getting them on. But once I got them on he headphones are like new again.

Had Them for a While

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great headphones. Only problem has been having to replace the ear cushions. I have done that twice. I will replace them again if I have to. The sound quality is very good. I have had them sine 2015

DON'T EVEN TRY

This is the 2nd time I've had to purchase replacement cushions and I've totally given up trying to get them on. Hours of my life I can't get back and nothing to show for it. Last time it took hours to get these on... Don't even try it. These are my favorite headphones in the world, I wear them for hours everyday, but they will have to go in the garbage. You will NOT be able to get these replacements on and you will resent how hard you tried and failed.

Nice earphones, but the pads are garbage. I am about to order my third pair of pads that have a short shelf life before they peel apart. Not good at all.

HORRIBLE ear cushions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound I hear from the headphones. However the ear cushions are GARBAGE. I use numerous headphones, ( including other Bose), so I rarely used these headphones and the cushions just fell off. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A TERRIBLE DESIGN CONSIDERING ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE EAR CUSHIONS. I love Bose! I have purchased many Bose products over the years. However, as far as these headphones go, I must say...BOSE....YOU'RE BETTER THAN THIS!

EAR CUSHION REPLACEMENT IS TORTURE

Had to replace the ear cushions. It took 2 people over 2 hours to install them (the You Tube link didn't work). Considering the high quality (and price) of the earphones and the plethora of negative reviews, you'd think that Bose could invest some time making this easier.

Disappointing quality

My ears love this headphones, but only 1 year and the cushions need to be replaced, same as other users: low use rate (2 or 3x per week no more than 2 hrs), vinyl all over my neck and ears, uncomfortable with a broken pad, torn apart few days ago. Came here to find a new ones, but with the reviews, perhaps i give the 3rd party pads a chance
