Terrible cushions

After 1 year i had to replace my ear cushions on the sound link as they come away. So far my husband and i between us have spent more than one hour trying to get the cushion replacements on. Nothing like the video on youtube. (yes i had to search online as it was such a task to get them on). What a absolute joke it is when you spend so much on a pair of headphones! Last pair i will buy.

Ear cushion deteriorates pretty fast

This headphone is awesome in terms of sound, but the ear cushions are falling apart...even though I have taken really good care of them. It's not supposed to behave like this...clearly it's a design issue...

Impossible to Get On

This is not an issue with the quality. Things wear out. But these replacement pads are literally impossible to put on. Do not believe the help video. Just this has turned me off from buying ANYTHING from Bose again.

Great headphone, terrible cushion

I really like the sound of my OE soundlink, but the cushion tear easily and I can’t use it without getting made fun of. It’s a high end headphone the cushion should not be like this.

Lousy Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many others I too have had issues with the ear cushions I've had the headphones for 3yrs and are great. The original cushions lasted a while (I barely used them) but when i had to replace them, the replacement cushions only lasted about a year. Poor quality for such an expensive product This will be my last replacement pair

Good luck with trying to get the new ones on

I knew there might be some challenge after reading one of the reviews and after watching the "total ease" that the youtube video wants appears to make replacement. Well, be prepared! It is nearly impossible to get the new ear cushions on around the flange of the headphones. I've been struggling for an hour and haven't gotten one on yet.

Don't bother with these headphones. Ear pads don't last, and almost impossible to replace. So far spent a couple of hours trying to replace ear pads without success, and I'm about read to throw the head phones in the trash.
