Headphones are great cushions suck

Headphones are awesome live up to Bose name. Cushions however, completely disappoint. I've had the headphones for close to a year and so far gone through 4 pairs of cushion @ at $25+ a pop, headphones have become too expensive to own.

Can they fix the ear pads problem?

I bought my headphones some time ago, my son liked them and started using them so I bought him a set, two months later my set disappear so I went to my son and realized that he had them a said that his ear pads just came apart, I was so mad at him and told him that he should take better care of his stuff, a couple months later my ear pads started to come apart, will they ever fix the problem so that we don’t have to spend $25 every couple of months?

Impossible to install

I bought the headphones in The Netherlands as soon as they came out. Been using it for a long time and love the sound quality, battery life and ease of use but the cushions were kind of ripping of. Just bought these replacement cushion kit but they are simply IMPOSSIBLE to install. It just feels like they are too small for my headphones. It just feels like a total waste of money right now

Very Difficult

I purchased the replacement ear cushion kit and still haven't been able to install it even after 2 hours of trying. This is absolutely crazy. Never again. My wife finally gave us and used rubber bands to hold them in place.

Trouble replacing ear cushions

Headphones are great. Absolutely love them. The ear cushions were tearing up so I bought replacements and the YouTube video made it look easy. They’re freaking impossible. Multiple people struggled for way too long. Finally got them on. Trick is to get them warm so the plastic stretches. Hope others that are struggling can find this tip.

Can’t get them on...

They arrived today. Have spent (wasted) several hours trying to get them on. Have watched the Bose video and others on YouTube. Impossible. Would rate zero stars if I could which is too bad since the headphones themselves are great. Extremely disappointed.

My Favorite Headphones, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used Bose on-ear headphones for the last ten years, purchasing three generations of the on-ear model. They are my favorite! However, I’m getting a little tired of always having to replace the ear cushions. Bose, can you make the ear cushions more durable in the next model so this doesn’t keep happening?

Wireless headphones

I had my headphones for 2 years hardly ever used it but recently I started working from home 5 days into using the cushions are hanging by a thread and peeling this is too expensive to be happening. I definitely cannot recommend this product too expensive and the durability is not good.
