Terrible, buy an off-brand one

This was absolutely impossible to put on the headphones. I had to return it and buy off-brand cushions which were actually possible to install. It's beyond comprehension how Bose could design such a bad cushion replacement and that an off-brand company can make it much better.

I was never able to get the ear pads on the headphones. I was able to purchase from a 3rd party and they went on much easier and fit perfectly.

Cushions don't fit

Thank you for your response. Although the video was helpful the cushions we received did not fit. They were still too small.
We then looked to another provider with the same information and the cushions we received from them fit as advertised and also cost less.
So this was not a positive experience ordering from Bose.

Impossible

No matter how hard I try, I cannot get them on. It is ridiculous. My headphones still work but now have no cushions on them. Bose should offer to put them on.

Bad feature

This product was extremely hard to put on the head phones. It took 4 people and numerous hours to finally make it work. I won't be replacing this again.

Difficult to replace old ear cushions

Product is ok but impossible to replace on headset. Numerous people have tried with no success. Directions make it sound so simple but it’s impossible
