I love this fryer. It heats up quickly and steadily and is easy to clean. I will never eat a soggy restaurant Buffalo wing again, making them in this fryer is a snap and they’re so much better tasting.

Bought this to replace a smaller unit. Many people say they have trouble with the plug not staying attached to the unit, it is a bit tricky but in the end it is easily managed.
Overall I like this very much. What could be added to the instruction sheet is that placing the head unit onto the outside frame is critical to operation. Should it not be placed correctly, the unit won't turn on
