Ordered it and used it once and discovered a rivet was missing on the heating element. Contacted the company, sent a photo and they shipped a whole new unit out immediately and provided return shipping for the first one. That was impressive. Have you the second one for wings and fries and it works like a champ. Love not having to guess about how to cook something.

Great fryer

This cooker gets the hottest of any I’ve used that will work off a 25 amp breaker.. anything hotter requires a 20 amp which is not always available. It gets hot and I fry mostly fish but chicken and pork chops are great also.

I just received my fryer YESTERDAY...so excited to fry some fish for 'Fish Friday,' put the oil in, it looked like it was heating, the element is even discolored, but no action, NONE! I even tried resetting it, pushed the button, and nothing happened...I'm so disappointed

Everyone should have one

Not long ago I re-introduced fried foods to my diet, Fish, Chicken. I was frying in a pot. This works well if you don't get distracted. I did. Fire smoke, easy to see where this goes. I wanted a better solution. I research my purchases this fryer is top notch There are cheep fryers, this one is built well. The pan is separate. its easy to clean. It stores well It looks good enough to be on the counter full time. Buy one now!!!!!

Everything sticks to fryer basket, EVERYTHING!!!

Maybe I'm just a crappy cook, but it would seem to me that unless they give some halfway decent tips people could avoid what will almost certainly happen to nearly every single person that buys this appliance, how to prevent food from sticking to the fry basket!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First and foremost, you'll want to make sure the oil is hot enough before adding the food. Once the oil is ready, lower the basket in and then slowly introduce the food one piece at a time. Of course, be careful not to cause a splash of the oil. You'll notice this technique in restaurants and cooking shows. This method is especially important when frying foods that have batter coatings.
