I love this little smart fryer. I haven't had it long (just a few weeks), but I've used it for donuts and french fries so far, and both have turned out amazing. It's easy to use and easy to clean (a big plus for me). I didn't need a giant fryer - this one is perfect for our family of three. Highly recommend!

Excellent compact deep fryer with advanced digital display and easy options for trying out different cooking times and temperatures. The external case is just rolled stainless steel which provides some insulation but still gets hot enough to burn. Fingerprints are prominent. Easy disassembly and everything except the heater coil washes up well in dishwasher.

The best deep fryer!

I purchased mine at Williams Sonoma! Got it for $115 when WS closed the store near my home! I’ve used mine at least 2-3 times a month and really love it! The fryer holds it temp and makes amazing whole fried chicken wings! Easy to clean and store! I loved it so much that I gave mine to my sister because she didn’t have the money and bought another one! Your kitchen can remain clean because the lid keeps the oil inside the fryer and not over your counter top!

Works well; only issue is the fry basket collapses on itself when you invert to dump out food after removing from the fryer. Collapses to ship in box but the handle should lock when turning upside down.
