I can't connect anything anymore

Doesn't work right now no Bluetooth and wifi It was working very well but when I changed the wifi password I was never able to connect anything again

Google home not working, speaker bricked.

Due to not updated chromecast drivers this speaker has become completely useless. It's designed to work with google home , but it s no longer supported. Horrible experience.

Hi there. To reconnect your LG XBOOM AI ThinQ WK7 speaker with Google Home, you can start by ensuring your phone and the speaker are on the same Wi-Fi network. Then, try removing and re-adding the WK7 as a device in the Google Home app. If that doesn't work, reboot both devices, update the Google Home app, and potentially factory reset the speaker. Abandoned by LG - really poor.

Was bought purely as advertised it had Google Assistant built-in. Now LG no longer support this and so it no longer works with Google Home. Really poor from LG and consequently meant the speaker is now useless for it's intent and purposes.

Does not support google home anymore . shame since the speaker itself has a very good sound. The voice commmands were responsive too, until it stopped working with Google.

Regarding the Google Home experience, we did want to provide a few troubleshooting steps: First, please restart the device - power off the speaker and your wireless router and wait for 1 minute. Then, power back on and reconnect. Make sure the speaker is on the latest software update through our ThinQ app!

Lastly, we recommend relinking Google Home: In the Google Home app, unlink LG WK7 and then re-add it. If experience continues, we recommend reaching out to us in a DM @LGUSSupport! ~Kimmy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality is good but after 10 years of service LG decided to block it's communication with Google home. Result: it just a normal speaker now to which you can talk to but it can't do anything else
