So much fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I got this for our 10 year old daughter and had so much putting it together. It was a really nice family activity for all of us to do. And not to mention, educational. This is definitely fun for the whole family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product for my nephew, who is 10 I thought it may be a little to young for him but as it turns out it is not. He had so much fun with this and took it apart and even rebuilt it because he liked it so much!!! I would for sure recommend this to anyone with someone interested in engineering at a preteen age

This is the longest he has stayed focus on something. Great item for kid who love to build and to learn how the mechanics work in items.

I'm glad they spent some quality time together. The smile on her face was priceless. She wants to get more models so she can do them with her dad and cousins. Oh I almost forgot the engine really turns on.

Neat but different

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My nephew loves anything to do with vehicles. I seen this and thought of him instantly! He was so excited to try this. The appropriate age is 8 yr old and my nephew is a bit younger, but as an adult i was frustrated with it. Instructions are a little unclear once you get past the first 5 and a bit unclear to read. He gave up and walked away i tried to continue working on it and no matter what i did i tried so hard not to strip the screws it’s so hard not to. After a few hours i got it done i switched the screws and it went easier. My nephew loves playing with it now that it’s done. He was so excited to show his dad who is a mechanic.

Educational model engine kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I built the model engine kit with my grandson. He was excited. The kit comes with 104 pieces and the instructions were easy to follow. We laid out the parts first and labeled them, which made it easier for us to put it together. It took us a total of three hours to build. The engine model kit is very educational, and he was very inquisitive. We talked about each part as we put it together, so he had a good understanding of how an engine works. The quality of the parts was good and easy to put together. Once built we put in the two AA batteries. He was impressed to see to all the parts working; valves open and close, spark plugs light up and pistons drive the crankshaft. I recommend this model engine kit. I found it to be educational and it was great fun to build with my grandson.

Fun yet educational

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this originally because my nephew wants to do everything my brother does so I thought in his own way he could practice on this and build something with his dad as a fun project. Little did I know the older teen kids in my family liked this just as much. I like how everything is labeled. Not as messy as I was expecting. Comes with extra screws in case you lose a couple. I will say that the plastic material is not the sturdiest. Almost cheaplike. And it only requires 2 batteries overall. I think it serves it's purpose-fun and educational.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Discover Mindblown Toy kids Model Engine kit through the tryit sampling community. This is a great product for boys or girls . I like the way it is interactive and keeps your kids interested in what they are building. I like how the model has functioning parts and gets your kids excited about what they have just built . It's fun to do with them and enjoyable to see them use their minds to stay sharp . I would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids interested in keeping their minds sharp and learning new things .
