Great hood vent!

I never had a vent hood before and so far it is really doing a great job ventilating when I cook. I used to have steam all over my windows, but now with the hood vent I don't have that anymore. It is also great for ventilating when I cook. We deep fried fish a couple weeks ago, and I didn't have that lingering fish smell like I used to have.

Esthetically it is great. It is very tough to keep clean though. I like the separate buttons for light brightness and fan speed.

Quiet, powerful, and well-designed

We bought this to replace the hood insert that came with our house, and this is a huge improvement. It's so much quieter and more powerful, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the remote control feature to turn this on! Thank you, GE for all the thoughtful design elements!
