I bought my first Vizio TV 15 years ago and have bought 4 more since in different sizes. I have never been disappointed from the 55 inch down to the 32. They have, as good as if not better, picture quality as the more expensive brands and for the price they are unbeatable and long lasting( I haven't lost one yet although I have given several away). This one is no different.

I am still testing the SMART buttons. As a PRIME member, it was interesting to see it on the remote. Usually I stream on my Fire Stick. This VIZIO is just as clear as the one I have had for over 5 years. I expect this new one to be with me a long time. The remote is easy to use too.

features are good but hard to navagate

Purchased this item to replace a vizio 32" I purchased in 2009, it is lighter and has more features, I use mostly off air TV and getting to that menu is diffacult because this tv is mostly devoted to on line ans streaming, when you do get to off air there isn't a menu to show what is showing and when pressing info all it gives you is the channel, very disappointed in that. Also it is very slow to switch to another channel again I attribute this to devoted to streaming. All in All it is a good set. One thing the volume is very low because to speakers are located as to project down and to the back of unit. have to have volume up in the 16's old one you could hear at level 10
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
