I love the picture quality on this TV the most. The colors are amazing and it's so clear! And it's so easy to get to the apps. It's the perfect size and a great price.

Love my D-series TV

So happy with my TV - it's perfect for my bedroom! Didn't need an expensive, large TV for my needs so this one suits me. I like how it's a smart TV so I can connect my alexa echo to it to turn it on/off and use voice control, has great color/picture quality, and I don't have cable so I enjoy certain channels on vizio's Watchfree service that allows me to watch some movies and news channels for free. Especially for it's price, I'm very satisfied.

We did not get an instruction book with it, so we don't know how to change this. Shouldn't that have been included with purchase. I hope its not a permanent thing.

Hello Barb, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. The user manual is currently located in the television menu or online at support.vizio.com. Please contact our customer support at 877-878-4946 for assistance with your television.

Beware! This tv is 60hz

I purchased the tv this evening, and will be returning it tomorrow. Nowhere on the box does it state that it is 60hz. If all you watch are Hallmark movies, this is not a problem. But if you watch sports, it is a big problem. Also, there is no way to disconnect your internet if you don’t want to use up your data. And, the remote is not intuitive. I have owned 2 vizio TVs prior to this one, and this model just doesn’t measure up to the quality I have come to expect from Vizio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello UnhappyCustomer, you can disconnect your internet by performing a factory reset and not connecting the internet during the initial reset.

Terrible TV remote functions & stinky menu.

Besides that you don't get a user operating manual and when you go to vizio's website you can't downlode the manual. You also can't downlode the firmware because it wont except the log in you created when you registered your product. The only thing good about the TV is uh, uh!!!

Hello SchizzNick, the user manual can be found in the television menu also. You can also go into your television menu under system and check for updates. This will automatically download any available firmware updates for your television. Please contact our customer support at 877-878-4946 for assistance with your television.
