Poor performance

I purchased my TV about a month ago, and it is glitchy, apps won't always open. I have had to factory reset it several times, I have had to check for updates, frequently and It is slow to respond to the remote. I am unable to add additional apps to it. I normally love Vizio, but this tv is poorly designed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the worst tv that I’ve ever purchased. It randomly turns off by itself, it doesn’t turn on sometimes and apps don’t work properly. It’s not my internet service preventing these things from not happening. I often have to unplug my tv or reset it for it to work as it should. I made the mistake of not getting warranty on it, because I definitely would’ve returned this. I do not advise you to purchase this tv. It will give you more headaches than enjoyment.

I would have been very satisfied with this 24inch TV for my kitchen. But, the fumes from the plastic were so strong I had to return the set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
