I wanted the 43 inch, but they were sold out, so I got the 40 inch and its the perfect size for my small room. there is a little lag when going thru the channels though even with my 12MB internet connection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am a Vizio snob and love all my Vizio TVs. I have not had any issues with any I have purchased. They have lasted quite awhile. Upgraded to a bigger one this time

Unreliable

We had this TV installed in our camper. It is supposed to be "smart" TV, but it keeps dropping WiFi hotspot connections, reverting to streaming when it's supposed to be displaying Smartcast from our tablet, and sometimes it simply ignores the remote control, requiring us to use the buttons on the TV frame. It also seems sabotaged against Android OS devices, specifically preferring Apple iOS...typical Apple marketing. We will not choose Visio products ever again.

Hello Greg in Texas, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. While hotspot connections can work, we would recommend to use a traditional wireless or ethernet connection to a home network. The TV absolutely has no difference or preferences when using Casting services versus AirPlay services. If you have any questions or need any assistance, we are available through text message, chat, or over the phone. Just go to support.VIZIO.com and click on ‘Contact Us’.

I have 3 Vizio TV's, 1 Samsung and 1 Toshiba and the only ones that always seem to have wi fi issues are the Vizio's. I have had to re4set to factory setting numerous times to get them to work correctly, a real pain. Never with the Toshiba or the Samsung and they are much farther from the router

I'm very pleased with my tv and the watching features. Even the remote has buttons to go straight to certain tv services/apps.
