Good Potential

I’ve had this Smart TV for several months. When using cable with it it’s fine. But, when I wanted to use the alternate channels/networks that are available (Crackle, vudu, etc.) the controls must be accessed with the Visio remote control snd it is nearly impossible to do what I want. It’s easy to disconnect from the network when that’s NOT WANTED!!! The remote needs to be redesigned. There isn’t a functional fast forward. The OK button is unstable. The signal from the remote to the tv receiver spot is unpredictable. Often it just won’t work or everything freezes. That ruins the viewing experience. Please fix that and give owners the option of receiving a redesigned remote control. Thank you.

This is the worst monitor I’ve ever had It constantly freezes and most of the time won’t even turn! This monitor absolutely sucks

Nothing But Trouble

I’ve had nothing but trouble with this TV. I should have returned it immediately because it had glitches from the day I brought it home. It would reboot in the middle of a program or just shut down altogether. Now it’s stuck on the Scan to Register screen. I can’t get the main screen at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
