I thought this TV was going to be great. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The tv worked fine for a bit and then problems started. The TV is very slow to respond to remote control commands, new batteries in place but still issues. The SmartCast has issues connecting and has to be reset often to get it to work. The TV also has huge lags on internet and streaming, even though routers and connections are perfect. We’ve set everything by back to default and factory settings and it corrected the problem for less than 8 hours before resuming issues. The TV screen will freeze in the middle of watching something and then leave the app and go to the Home Screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted a smaller tv for my studio than the 49" I have in my living room. I've had no problems with that one so buying another refurb wasn't a problem. And I've had none. This 32" Visio is great! Got it where I wanted it and just followed the prompts. Had my programs on and was painting away in no time. Only thing I've had a problem with is the on/off button on the remote is on the opposite side from my other remote. It's frustrating when you can't figure out why your tv won't come one...lol

I bought a 40 inch two weeks ago. Works wonderfully except there is a serious lag time and bad pixel catching up to do. I have 400 Mps service and the TV is the only one with issues running smooth images. I have the xF1 box through Xfinity and the picture quality is 100 times better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use it as an additional screen for my laptop. I wish it was 4K but it’s efficient.
