Great extra bedroom TV

We bought this as a extra TV for our bedroom. We didnt want anything big since space is limited, but something still good quality and a smart TV for sure. It's got a great picture and sound, and size is just right for what we needed.

Takes forever to connect to wifi

I bought 2 at the same time it drops internet connection to easily I thought this was a smart tv more like a dumb one to me I have a hisense should've just bought 2 more of those

Poor design on remote and slow processor response time not like past years not easy to operate compared to other brands of roku tvs

Slow

My tv is slow and has a mind of its own. It will turn on and off by itself and refuse to work or turn on.

WIFI, STREAMING VIDEO READY

I appreciated the remote with the dedicated streaming video buttons. The menu was extremely easy to navigate. Setting up the the TV was a breeze. Visio was an excellent choice.

Picture is great. Remote isn’t.

Connected the TV, ran through all of the presets to program the TV. The problem is the remote. Very lacking in basic controls. I have reviewed the on screen manual, tried resetting the auto channel searches but no luck in local digital channels. In order to see a guide of the 999 channels you have to push the enter button but when you try to surf the guide the screen goes away. There is not a guide, scroll up or down and enter button that is useful at all. We have spent more time trying to figure out the remote than we have actually watching this TV.
