I bought this about a month ago. I have never had a smart tv before but it frustrating. it's slow, doesn't always connect even though I'm right next to the router. today I tried using the button on the remote for prime video, and all I got was a black screen. not impressed, honestly get a non-smart tv or a different one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Learning Curve At First

There is very little help in setting up the TV and it didn't come with a owner's manual. However I did go online to download the owner's manual. After working through a learning curve , I enjoy the TV. Works well with my Google Home speaker also.

Bought for bedroom with intention of using headphones. The search engine is slower than other TVS I have used but otherwise all is good

Freezes a lot

Since day 1, I have experienced a lot of freezing/glitches. Shows will randomly stop in the middle. I even upgraded my wifi speed through xfinity thinking maybe it was an issue with my wifi but not the case. Definitely not what it's cracked up to be but the price was really good. I contemplate returning this TV every day...but keep giving it chances....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an excellent smart TV that came in at an equally excellent price point. Image is great, plenty of smart TV apps and audio is of quality.

Great value

We purchased the this TV a few weeks ago to replace an older 32” Vizio that had reached the end of its life. Great upgrades by Vizio on this model, including much better apps, more robust WiFi, better remote, still a great picture at a great price. My only complaint is that there is significant lag time when moving through the apps on the Home Screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!
