Can’t add additional apps

I tried to install the AT&T TV app and it would not allow me to search for the app.

I think the TV ok, which is weird because I'm always telling people to buy VISIO. The tv just freezes too much and turning its self on and off when I'm on any app but it's fine when I'm playing my playstation. Also the tv will NOT cast from anyone's phone in my house including mine. This model of visio I am definitely not gonna recommend but anything else is good, as a matter of fact we have one in the living room, 65in and it's perfect no problems

The TV and phone use your homes Wi-Fi to communicate- and if both devices aren't online with the same bandwidth, they won't see each other and be able to pair.
