App feature are extremely slow to react to inputs

While the picture quality is great, the included apps are extremely slow to respond to inputs.
Vizio even offers an app for your phone to become the remote controller but they may as well throw it in the trash. They want you to pay for the ability to use the remote. That’s a Hard NO! Stop trying to Nicole and dime people. If you want them to love your product you can’t ask for money after the sell.

We should can change the apps, delete and download news from tv. It is not possible. Is bad. In addition If you need some upgrade, is not possible too.

Hello SSLA, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
