Got a few days ago and the remote is like messing up and slow

If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television, we also have the SmartCast Mobile application in your mobile device’s application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. If you head over to support.vizio.com and click on 'contact us' one of your chat, SMS, or phone agents should be able to get your remote up and running or replaced.
