Fairly easy to find what I need

We purchased the VIZIO and the first one had a problem and had a black picture. We sent it back to the factory and they replaced it with a set that works. I just wish I would have purchased a bigger screen. I did pay the extra warranty on the 1st one..did it carry over to the replacement set?

Highly Disappointed

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my family and have been dissapointed from the time I opened it. I bought it because it was a smart TV and I could cut the cable cord. This TV crashes often while streaming and even turns off and resets while watching TV and Movies. Our internet service was even upgraded and this TV still fails. All our other NON-VIZIO TVs work without issues. If you are looking to replace a TV at home buy any other brand except this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tv does nothing spectacular. It just works and does what it need to do in a kids playroom. Has a great picture.

Great for the price!

Bought first one about a month ago and decided to buy two more for my sim rig. The smart menu is slow, normally takes a few seconds for input from remote to show on the tv. This issue is on all 3 maybe there is fix for it I'm not sure but I didn't buy for smart tv just a screen. So far happy with them use one when not playing on sim rig as background tv.

Unable to download new apps

The short list of included apps in the TV are insufficient, and the apps that I have subscriptions to are not in the TV. Other brands allow the consumer to download their own apps. It is really sad that I had to buy a Roku for this TV. That is completely unacceptable. I will never buy another Vizio product.
