The TV itself works great, however the remote control does not respond and operates very poorly even with new batteries.

If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television, we also have the SmartCast Mobile application in your mobile device’s application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Great tv

I bought this tv for a small sitting room and it works perfect. Needed it for streaming. Setup took just a little bit but was easy interface. The picture is really good also.

Its working

Bpight it in early January. Set up was OK but could not figure out how to get to my local chnanels. Called the company customer service and got insytant help.
We like the TV but would say that the channel information across the top is hard to see and read. We sould like to see what the program is on the channel also. Our old old TV provided that option.
Color good, options are way beyond our need but we have been trying to learn, so are realtively happy. Thank you
