Inferior to my Vizio 22" Edge Lit Razor!

Having loved my Vizio 22" Edge Lit Razor, I purchased the D24f-G1 and have been disappointed. The D24f-G1 is not as bright and its viewing angle is vastly inferior to the
Edge Lit Razor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Granite, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. Perfect size and great viewing options

I bought this to put near the kitchen so I can watch shows while I cook. This tv has great options and is a good size. It was just what I needed.

No Cable Box, no problem

This is a sweet little TV, perfect for the kitchen or a bedroom. I love that it updates to add new streaming services, especially the ones I have, between the individual service, there is also some free TV, and with Airplay and Alex, I can do most anything. What I get frustrated with are the glitches, intially not able to connect to my wi-fi, without unplugging and plugging after an update, or no volume, or unable to turn on, or the picture turning a weird shade of green after an update. All of which, so far, are resolved by unplugging and plugging.
I would recommend this to a friend!
