I had to replace an older TV, and O chose Vizio..All my TV 's are Vizio and I love them...Great picture, great features, great price...I'm a Vizio girl...

Not user friendly like other TV’s that I have set

I just bought this today and I am tempted to box it up and return it. It never takes me long to set up a TV. It seems that this TV is lacking a feature that all other TV’s that I have set up had. I am unable to download an app for Philo and Locast. Those are the two apps that I watch more than others. Epic fail for Vizio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Philo, in today’s market with so many apps it can be difficult to find the content you’re looking for. VIZIO is committed to giving consumers access to as much streaming content as possible. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure to continue adding features and applications in the future. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. If you’d like any help taking advantage of all the options VIZIO has to enjoy your content, our customer service team would be happy to speak with you at 844-254-8087.
