No good luck

I received this as a Christmas gift, we have 3 other Vizios but this one was a lemon. The remote is horrible, the TV constantly locks up and have to reboot the TV. I have tried all of the suggestions, soft power, factory reset, remove batteries from remote, hold power button when unplugged. I will be returning this.
I would recommend this to a friend!
