I received my tv as a Christmas gift, 12/25/2020, and within three weeks of operation I turn on the tv, no sound. I go through the suggested troubleshooting suggestions with both DirecTV and Vizio web site with no luck. Before returning it for a warranty exchange or refund, my tech savvy son ran it through a soft reset which solved the problem. Now I'm wary of any further issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought this TV. It was a 7 min set up. I cut my cable costs and signed up for live streaming. Amazing smart technology.

I love Vizio TVs I have one in every room of my house Works great with Apple phones Alexa has decent apps had to buy a fire stick to get all the apps I needed but other than that wonderful picture great sound quality I also bought the Visio surround sound wouldn’t buy any other kind of TV
